Billing
How billing works
When am I charged?
Your first boat is free for 30 days and needs no card. After that, each boat is billed monthly by card via Stripe; additional boats are billed from the day you add them.
What happens if a payment fails?
You get a 7-day grace period with full access. After that the boat becomes read-only until billing is restored. We never delete your data because of non-payment.
Can I cancel?
Yes, per boat, at any time, from Subscriptions in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month.
Are there setup fees or contracts?
No. Month to month. If you have years of service history in a spreadsheet, send it to us and we will load it for you at no charge.
