Your data stays yours
We never sell your data or use it for anything other than running your account. If you cancel or stop paying, your records are kept read-only for 24 months after your last subscription ends — you can still sign in, read every record and export it at any time, and pick up where you left off if you come back. After that they are deleted, and we email you a warning first.
Billing
How billing works
When am I charged?
Your first boat is free for 30 days. After that, each boat is billed monthly by card via Stripe; additional boats are billed from the day you add them.
What happens if a payment fails?
You get a 7-day grace period with full access. After that the boat becomes read-only until billing is restored. Non-payment never leads to immediate deletion: your records stay read-only and exportable for 24 months after your last subscription ends, and we email you a warning before anything is deleted.
Can I cancel?
Yes, per boat, at any time, from Subscriptions in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month.
Are there setup fees or contracts?
No. Month to month. If you have years of service history in a spreadsheet, send it to us and we will load it for you at no charge.
